Customizable Energy Consumption Measurement UI

Users can choose whether to perform measurement based on the international standard ISO14955 or to measure the energy consumption of the process currently running. ISO14955 requires energy consumption to be measured not only during machining but also at various equipment states (Standby, Ready, and so on), and this program provides measurement guidance for each individual stage defined by ISO14955. When users want to check only the energy consumption of the process the equipment is currently performing, they can do so through the general measurement tab. Power sensor data and CNC controller data are synchronized in real time and can be reviewed in the UI.

Measurement Result Reporting

After performing measurement in the standard-based measurement tab, the program automatically generates a report document formatted according to ISO14955. The report contains all information required by ISO14955, and the necessary settings can be configured within the program. Users can set the time share of each process stage according to the equipment and process currently in use. Data from the installed pneumatic and temperature/humidity sensors is included, and the appendix also contains the energy consumption ratio of individual components, which ISO14955 does not require.
